ENROLLMENT PROCESS

ACE enrolls on a first come, first serve basis. Each application is date stamped upon receipt. The application is then reviewed for completion and for the required student records (see Student Application for details). A student’s enrollment is contingent upon completion of promotional requirements, ability to graduate within the legal timeframe, verification of records, required immunizations, ability to fully implement accommodations as required for special needs students, and program/class schedule availability. As long as the student meets the above requirements, that student is enrolled. Accepted students will be notified by mail of their acceptance. All applications received after the school has reached capacity are placed on a waiting list. Once space becomes available for new students, a lottery is held for new applicants to ensure a fair chance at enrollment.
