Enrollment Process – Lottery Guidelines
ACE enrolls students on a first come, first serve
basis. If a completed student application is received and they
have the required number of credits to attend (minimum of 5
credits for 10th-12th grade students; 9th grade students required
that they have been promoted to Grade 9) and there is current
space available, the student is enrolled. After the enrollment
is at a maximum, all applications received are then put on a
waiting list and a lottery is held to enroll students at semester.
All applications are evaluated for completeness. If the student
has a minimum of 5 credits and the parents want the student
to attend, their name is put into a drawing. At a specified
time and date, a lottery will be held. All qualified applicants
will have a random chance at being accepted into available openings
until the school is filled to capacity. Anyone may attend the
drawing.
To apply, download the Application Checklist and the Application and print. An
application may be mailed, faxed, or brought to the school.
